TWIN CHERRY COFFEE TABLES

I reclaimed this cherry tree after it fell in a storm. I also had some reclaimed oak barn beams laying around waiting for the next chapter of it’s story. I was inspired to try something different by the coffee tables of the famous woodworker George Nakashima.

These tables are made from 2” cherry slabs (harvested from Crestwood, KY) and 6”x6”reclaimed oak barn beams with a satin polyurethane finish. The top measures 19”x46” and stands 18” tall.
